We are currently looking for Experienced Customer Service for an Immediate start at a busy client in Milton Keynes

**Job description**
The profile we are focusing on is a customer service sales administrator/ sales assistant executive profile, with supply chain experience (processing of quotation, processing of sales orders/delivery notes/constant communication within the internal departments (finance+procurement), able to multitask easily and work on different type of sales orders (“stock orders”/”consignment orders”/”forecast orders”/”intercompany orders”/”supplier orders”) with an understanding of the pricing structure in place.

**Minimum Qualification, Skills & Experience Requirements for the Role**

**Academic**: Degree level qualification in area of business desirable.
**Professional Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service role.

Attention to detail/accuracy and good time keeping.

**Key Tasks and Core Responsibilities**
The duties of the Customer Service Sales Administrator vary from prices enquiries to aftercare sales enquiries.
- Day to Day Duties will involve:- Providing quotations- Processing orders accurately in a timely manner as per procedures.- Maintaining customer prices when required.- Delivering customer service excellence.- Resolving or referring customer queries- Ensuring that customers are kept informed about progress of orders, informing customers of any delay.- Working closely with internal departments and accounts managers to achieve best outcome for customer orders and requests.- Producing despatch notes and liaising with freight forwarders.- Referring problematic issues to management- Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by creating and updating client information.- Handling payment transactions over the phone when necessary.- Monitoring, completing the weekly KPI.- Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers**Working detail**
Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week
Agile working available (office based, however can work from home once role is understood)
Pay £13 per hour
6 - 12 months contract, may be longer
