An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced caretaker to work in a high end, build to rent development based in the centre of Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reactive maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Ensuring that vacant apartments are ready for new residents by carrying out works between tenancies
- Working to tight deadlines to minimise void losses
- Basic plumbing
- Painting and decorating of apartments and communal areas
- Repairing and replacing wood work in apartments
- Investigation works for things like leaks or electrical problems
- Pre tenancy works - having apartments ready for move in by strict deadlines
