**Customer Outcomes Reporting Consultant**:

- Lead regulatory compliance efforts: Manage Responsibilities Matrix, develop KPIs, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Drive strategic collaboration: Foster relationships, identify efficiencies, and promote sustainable data provision for excellence in customer outcomes.
- This is a hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in our Head Office in Tiddington, Stratford Upon Avon

**About the role**:
Join our dynamic Propositions Team at NFU Mutual, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of Customer Outcomes Reporting across our business. As a member of our team, you'll manage the Responsibilities Matrix and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track ongoing customer outcomes and indicators of harm for all NFU Mutual’s business. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll drive collaboration to meet NFU Mutual's Customer Outcomes Framework requirements, this is a key regulatory role within the function.

Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end process of data capture, analysis, and presentation for Customer Outcomes Reporting. You'll develop and manage the Responsibilities Matrix, ensuring key reporting requirements are met and supporting the Customer Outcomes assessment process. Additionally, you'll own and manage process controls, stakeholder communications, and governance submissions to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

In this role, you'll foster strong relationships with business area contacts and MI suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required data and information. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and sustainable approaches to data provision. **About you**:
You’ll have a proven background working within a regulated general insurance or financial services environment and have experience of producing and maintaining dashboards within a performance and customer outcomes context. With strong Microsoft office skills and excellent presentation skills you will be able to report on management information and have proven experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders in different areas of the business to gather vital information for your reports. You’ll also have:
