Your new company:

Your new role:
We are seeking an Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the success of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of maintenance projects, including renovations, repairs,and upgrades. You will work closely with project managers and clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their budget and schedule requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:
At least 5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the maintenance or construction industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
