Finance Manager- High-growth Creative Agency

- £60,000 - £65,000p/a

TalentEdge are currently working with an exciting, ambitious and high-growth Creative Agency with an impressive client portfolio that is rapidly developing. They are looking for their first finance hire as they embark on the next phase of their growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Heavy involvement in client engagement and business partnering
- Support (and eventually own) the board packs
- Preparation of full Management accounts and commentary
- Plenty of opportunities to improve processes and implement financial controls
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, report variances and recommend actions
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare timely monthly financial statements
- Creating regular and ad hoc reports (statutory and monthly) which identified results, trends and forecasts
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
- Relevant sector experience
- Experience using the Paprika system desirable but not essential
- A driven and ambitious individual who is keen to make a real impact on the business
