**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Good knowledge of Sage50
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases
- Preparing and sending customer statements
- Chasing Customer Payments
- Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
- Carry out any reasonable request from the Management Team - this may be something outside of your job description, but will be within your capability
- Month end reconciliations including journals
- Profit and loss preparation for discussion with Managing Director
- Production of finance reports as requested
- Report any discrepancies to Managing Director
- Issue of month end statements
- Collating information for payroll bureau including transmission of staff salaries

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
