Reservations Supervisor

Are you looking for that next step up? we are currently recruiting a Reservations Supervisor to ensure all hotel bedroom, spa & group bookings are always dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. All documentation and back up is completed accordingly. To develop the hotel business through proactive up selling activities and the effective conversion of all suitable enquiries. This position will also be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Reservation Team.

You must demonstrate high energy levels for our fast paced environment, attention to detail and focus on providing four-star customer service to the highest standard from booking, to arrival to checkout. We are looking for someone with a great personality and can do attitude who has the ability to multi task. Rota basis 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
