SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:. - To ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and the standards required - To oversee the food & beverage experience, ensuring customers receive a friendly & efficient service, where expectations are consistently exceeded - To attend all hospitality functions - To motivate and lead by example ensuring you and your team have fun at work and are proud of your efforts. - Supporting the Chef Manager. Actively support with rotas, schedules, ordering and training
- Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will lead, motivate and supervise a team of General Catering Assistants. This is a varied, busy and fun role,(some heavy lifting is required) with your supervision skills covering our serveries. By being visible during service periods and approachable you will proactively engage with Governors, teachers and students alike.

As someone who takes pride in their work, you will act as a role model for those in your team, by having high expectations of the customer service level provided by yourself and the Kitchen team. Health and Safety is incredibly important to us, so you’ll ensure all food is handled in line with the standards in our Food Safety & Quality Management System.
