Handyman with a knack for painting, fixing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of domestic jobs. Simple plumbing repairs/replacement of seals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical items.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
