We are currently seeking Receptionists to join the team at Ballathie House Hotel. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. Part-time applicants must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week. The reception department operates 7 days a week on a shift pattern therefore **the flexibility to be able to work evenings and weekends is essential**. Live-in accommodation available for the full-time position.
- About the Role - A few of the duties you will undertake in this varied role include - Welcoming our guests, telephone enquiries, reservations, preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests, conducting end of shift/day banking. About You - We are seeking a well presented, enthusiastic customer focused person with an outgoing friendly personality. A desire to deliver a high standard of customer service is essential, along with good communication skills. We would like you work with a high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
