Sales Negotiator

The role will consist of Negotiating Offers and Progressing property sales from sale agreed stage to completion and will involve liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, other estate agents, surveyors, mortgage lenders / advisers and keeping all parties and property records updated every step of the way.
An ability to work to timescales and deadlines is important along with a strong telephone manner and excellent organisational skills.
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator / Progressor, it is essential to have Sales and negotiating experience.
The role will also include incoming calls, taking and passing on messages as required, also to carry out any other duties that may be required according to the needs of the business.
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:45-17:30 plus one in three Saturdays 09:00-16:00

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
