Campsite Host

**Job description**
- We are a premium, family friendly resort forming part of Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park, in the heart of the Cotswolds AONB.

Our accommodation includes touring and camping pitches, pods, glamping and luxury Lodges. Our site is a destination where our guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and benefit from the experiences, activities and services available from the Farm Park.

Senior Campsite Duty Warden (Pitch available for live-in) We can be flexible on employment terms:
a) Minimum June-October 2024, 3-5 days per week including weekends on a rota basis, serviced pitch included FOC. Start date as soon as possible.

**Campsite Duties**:

- Meeting and Greeting Guests, check-ins into their pitches or holiday accommodation
- Hot tub lighting and maintenance (Wood fired hot tubs
- BBQ cleaning and maintenance (electric Weber BBQ’s)
- Assisting our Housekeeping Team with changeovers - Troubleshooting maintenance issues and proactive/reactive minor repairs
- Overseeing campsite PPM’s.

**You will be provided with**:

- Full training and induction to the company, including standards, brand values, processes, safe working practices and guest services.
- Full uniform suitable for spring/summer/autumn work
- A free pitch in our staff area, suitable for a touring caravan or large motorhome with an awning, and space for one car.
- Free use of services (electricity, water, wifi), laundry and ablution facilities.

You will be self-motivated, mature and driven to deliver excellent customer service and experiences.

We are looking for you to have undertaken a previous season as a Campsite Assistant/Warden and have previous experience in a busy customer facing environment. You will need to provide your own appropriate accommodation on the free pitch.
