EMPIRE Building Company LTD in Chelmsford is on the lookout for skilled Construction Workers to enhance our team. This self-employed opportunity is integral to our varied construction initiatives, where you will engage in:

- Carrying out a range of construction duties as assigned by site management.
- Managing the movement, loading, and unloading of construction materials and equipment at various sites.
- Operating a variety of construction tools, both hand-operated and power-driven, with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Preparing and maintaining construction sites, ensuring they are free from debris and safe.
- Adhering to all established safety rules and protocols on the construction site.
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with fellow team members and site supervisors.

Ideal Qualifications (But Not Mandatory):

- Previous experience in the construction sector or related areas, though we welcome new entrants to the field.
- The physical capability to undertake strenuous tasks and lift heavy loads.
- Familiarity with different types of construction equipment and tools.
- A commitment to teamwork and a strong, reliable work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for learning and following instructions from experienced site leaders.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
