The main function of a Transport Administrator is to De-brief and pre-brief of drivers using existing in-house systems. This also entails briefing the driver on any variations to the set route including backhauls. Analysis and root cause for variations tothe planned schedule. This is a M-F role with hours between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

**Client Details**

Our client, based in Doncaster is a leading Logistics business across the UK. Due to team expansion we are looking for two Transport Administrators to join our team.

**Description**
- Make up a pack for each driver, this pack includes, delivery notes, Route Manifests and any further paperwork for Backhauls and drivers check sheets
- Complete both pre-brief and debrief operations ensuring that all compliance and POD documentation is completed in full. Communication with the drivers will be key here.
- Check agency drivers' licenses are compliant on a daily basis and recorded by photocopying. Full licence check at the start of the week.
- Ensure all items are allocated on the daily schedule.
- Communicate with warehouse despatch team via radio and phone
- Supporting the Transport Team Leader of Tacho Infringements by logging and forwarding individuals accordingly to the Transport Team Leader for further investigation
- Recording and communicating late deliveries / issues to the relevant parties.
- Inquiring/investigating any anomalies/ bad practice on driver debrief and escalating to Transport Team Leader.
- H&S measures including full Webrisk input to the system.
- Legal compliance support - Vehicle files/cleansing/defect management.
- Performance reviews by respected line managers (Transport Team Leader)
- Support the control of the maintenance schedule, vehicle files and filing of vehicle inspections, MOT, Tacho and LOLER.
