**Pay: **£12.00 - £13.00ph, enhancements for all bank holidays.
Mploy Healthcare are looking to recruit experienced, compassionate, caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join our agency to work in residential and nursing homes in Verwood, Dorset.
A luxury hotel style nursing home offering a high level or care. They offer a tight-knit team who proudly work together focusing on making each day a meaningful experience whilst creating community where people would like to both live and work.

**The Role**:

- Build relationships with residents to ensure they receive the highest level of personal care, including washing and dressing.
- Assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.
- Encouraging and supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
- Working in a team to create a friendly and welcoming environment in the home
- Be able to identify the needs and abilities of the residents.
- We have both day and night shifts available, offering both full and part time hours.

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant experience working in care setting
- Someone who has a caring nature and is patient
- Be reliable and has excellent communication
