Sterling Recruitment Services currently have an opportunity for our growing client in Shildon for a project coordinator / warehouse team leader.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with approved contractors across the UK
- Liaise with customers and update them with project completion
- Work with the sales department to organise the transport of goods and instal requirements
- Stock counting, ensuring this is updated on internal systems
- Oversee the shop floor team members workload on a daily basis to ensure the products meet client deadlines
- Ensuring the correct stock reaches the company standard
- Partake in weekly meetings

Working hours of the role are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However there is some flexibility required as there is some requirement to go to clients sites when needed.

The salary of the role is starting at £26,000 per annum and there is a performance based bonus which will be discussed at interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shildon, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
