A Chief Operating Officer / COO is needed to join our team at Pinvn in London. We’re a novel social media app delivering a 3D diary experience.
You will be assisting with the launch of our app and day to day running of the operation. This role offers a competitive salary package and/or possible equity share.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our growth phase, as you will be our first employee. You will therefore get the chance to execute your leadership across a range of disciplines.

**About Our App**
Pinvn is a novel app which enables users to create a local or global footprint of their events in a 3D format. The app will target both consumer and business markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the founder and CEO, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations
- Building teams and assisting across sales, marketing and strategic relationships
- Input on product development and financial presentations (where appropriate)

**Required Experience**:

- You will need to have an understanding on how to plan and execute a sales strategy and supplement this with marketing support
- You will also need to be confident in dealing with employees: setting tasks, articulating expectations and encouraging their efforts
- You will need boundless energy and a desire to keep working until you succeed
