- Handy Person/Support Operative

All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business and you’ll need be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.

As a **Support Operative,** we want you to bring your previous experience, skills and knowledge to the team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be required to support departments when resource issues arise in Transport and the parts department, so a driving licence is a must. General Site Maintenance (DIY Skills) Health and site Reporting (site walks/audits). Keeping the yard clean and tidy, ensuring skips are emptied.

You would have experience in a similar role with the following skills/knowledge
- Good knowledge of maintenance processes
- Identify problems and develop appropriate solutions to address them
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Respond positively to requests for help and support
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
