**About us**

Aaron Court Care Home is a small business in Exeter. Our goal is to To provide person centred care and support to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Administer first aid and medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with behavior management and provide emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and document any changes or observations in client's condition
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, assisted living, or senior care is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who require care
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans accurately
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
