As the Head of Credit Risk and Analytics, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of risk-reward dynamics and provide strategic insights across the Bank's lending portfolios. This will involve implementing credit risk reporting processes and early identification of deteriorating thematic risk positions.

- **Ability to coach, motivate and lead **a team.
- Extensive experience in **managing the end-to-end credit activities in a retail/commercial bank **, with a track record of driving process changes to ensure best-in-class operations.
- Experience in **setting risk strategies for increasing loan portfolio year-on-year **.
- Ability to **assess the creditworthiness of counterparties, including analysing financial statements and other external research materials.**:

- An **analytical and data-driven mindset **to identify, analyse, and resolve business challenges.

LI-Hybrid
- **Lead **the **second line Credit Risk Function **to optimize and embed the Credit Risk Management Framework.
- **Ensure adherence to the Bank's Credit Risk Management framework **and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, with timely and appropriate escalation of concerns to relevant senior stakeholders.
- **Develop a suite of appropriate credit risk metrics **along with **MI and reporting to maintain the Bank's risk appetite **.
- **Monitor and mitigate performance risk of counterparties and transactions **, including the **design and implementation of credit risk infrastructure and scorecards **.
- **Collaborate with first line operational areas involved in credit risk management **to deliver efficient and effective processes.
- **Lead, manage, and develop a team **to oversee the delivery of credit risk expertise in the Bank.
- **Identify emerging credit risks through regular and insightful analysis **of credit risk performance data, allied to external horizon scanning.
- Contribute to the **ICAAP **process through **review, challenge, and direct inputs **.
- Work closely with other business areas to **support the bank’s strategic growth initiatives **.
