Become an integral part of our client's production team as an Assembly Operative. You'll be instrumental in crafting PPE masks, predominantly made from plastic, following precise guidelines and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute manual assembly tasks to construct PPE masks, including attaching straps, sealing edges, and fitting filters.
- Adhere to detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.
- Conduct thorough inspections of components and finished products, maintaining quality control standards and rectifying defects as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote a safe and efficient production environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline operations.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably experienced in manufacturing or assembly operations.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, enabling precise execution of intricate tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Proficient in following written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines consistently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety protocols.
