**We have a great opportunity for an Insite Stores Operative to join the team in Newport**

**As an Insite Stores Operative you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team, and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying**

**As long as you’re a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you**

**We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Insite's and are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by capitalising on every profitable sales opportunity whilst ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and the customer’s expectations are exceeded whenever possible.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Support the Insite team in managing customers engineering stores**:

- ** Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.**:

- ** Identifying product conversion opportunities for supplier consolidation, customer cost saving commitments & Rubix sales growth.**:

- ** Supporting other team members with enquiries and problems.**:

- ** Booking in spares accurately according to delivery sheets,**:

- ** Inventory stock counts**:

- ** Picking and creating kits for work order jobs,**

**Key Skills**:

- ** Experience in or basic skills of Microsoft outlook and excel is essential.**:

- ** A high level of attention to detail is required.**:

- ** Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.**:

- ** Self-driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.**
