Reception Supervisor

Being the face of Luciano Alderley Edge, welcoming all guests of arrival and wishing them goodbye
- Delivering a very high standard of guest service, every day. Going the extra mile to ensure each visit is memorable
- Ensuring continued communication between your close team and the wider departments
- Processing payments via online portal and in house
- Maximizing reservation timeslots
- Adopting a never say no mentality to guest requests
- Achieving high scores in all audits such as Mystery Diner
- Having the passion and drive to grow in your career in hospitality
- Working alongside other departments to support the General Manager
- Beating the targets set out for you and your team
- Ensuring guest feedback is always positive and turning any unlikely complaints into compliments
