Vehicle Delivery Agent

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload cargo using manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary
- Verify the contents of each shipment against delivery documents to ensure accuracy
- Collect payments from customers and provide receipts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in route driving or delivery preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
