**Probate Administrator/ Receptionist**

A new opportunity has arisen for a probate administrator/ receptionist to join Valued Estates Ltd an independent legal services company based in Hertfordshire due to ongoing expansion.

Job Role: To fulfil receptionist duties as well as to manage estate administration caseloads and assist other team members with general administration to meet client’s needs.

**Main Duties**
- Answering main phone line
- Distribution of Post and collating banking.
- Taking on and maintaining client cases in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Regular client liaison.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- You will be a natural organiser
- Methodical and have a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal & written skills are essential (GSCSE- A-C in English) A-Level and or Degree qualifications preferable.
- Any experience in legal services would be advantageous, however training is provided.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Be respectful and understanding of the client’s needs and have a natural empathy to their situation.
