Sub Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sub Agent to join our clients team. As an Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- SMSTS Site Manager
- Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business in the Civil Engineering sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 3 years (preferred)
