**Base Location**: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, Reading or Havant
**Salary**: £32,000-£40,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
Our Resourcing function is central to our growth, and we’re always looking for ways to best support the business. We’ve created the brand new role of Recruitment Researcher to do just that.
You’ll be responsible for
- Partnering with Resourcing Consultants to take detailed briefs and turning these into inclusive recruitment and sourcing projects.
- Building market knowledge to identify opportunities and feedback into workforce plans and recruitment strategies.
- Being a super user of our recruitment system, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
**What do I need?**
We would love you to have:
- Recruitment or HR data analytics experience.
- The ability to use data to provide valuable insight to recruitment markets and challenges.
