**Job description**

We are looking to hire 2 kitchen assistants to work with the Commercial Management Team. They will ensure the smooth kitchen operation of all commercial services, by maintaining very high standards of customer service and food & beverage at all times. The role will start in September 2023.

Key duties
- Produce food from kitchen to required standards. As we are developing a new plant based menu, experience in this would be advantageous
- Complete all Cook Safe records and follow HACCP to ensure food hygiene records are maintained for inspection
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in a clean and operational state before and after shifts and that it is secure
- Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold food
- Maintain high quality of product and customer service
- Maintain a clean, hygienic environment within appropriate guidelines and legislation
- Provide assistance and advice to customers with regards product choices

Applicants should be flexible with shifts from Monday to Sunday, and the position will include evening shifts
