One property recruitment is looking for someone to join the vibrant ”Build to Rent” sector as a leasing consultant. This is such an exciting opportunity for someone who is efficient, a people person, and a competent administrator. It is a unique version of what you would expect from the role as it is completely site based. Meaning that you will have a detailed understanding of the building and the properties that you are managing. You will be responsible for both proudly showing off the properties and building amenities as well as being I control of the tenancies paperwork throughout each lease. You will get to build relations ships with the tenants you find throughout the entire process through taking care of the legalities of the tenancies and also knowing them on a more personal level through excellent customer service.

The core duties of the role will consist of
- Keeping all paperwork and legal documents up to date for both new and ongoing tenancies.
- Showing the flats to prospective tenants for viewing
- Responding quickly and politely to any and all queries that come from the prospective tenants
- Maintaining a high standard of service throughout each tenancy to ensure as much retention as possible.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Someone who is capable of self and time management
- A can do attitude
- Experience in both sales and Admin.
- A competent administrator.
