Washroom Operative

Acorn Recruitment is currently seeking a Washroom Operative / Finisher on behalf of their client based in Gloucester.
Role requirements:
Primary function of this role is to manage the Washroom area, removing parts from the machines and preparing them for finishing.
Ideally you will have the following:

- Working in PPE (disposable gloves, coveralls and glasses)
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to follow written instructions, work to lists
- Manual dexterity - some lifting and use of hand tools
- Some knowledge of working with chemicals in a clean environment of COSHH control
- Excellent communication skills, good team worker, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
When time permits, other duties could include:

- Ability to use finish items using hand tools
- Problem solving attitude, analytical approach to engineering solutions
- Computer literacy
- Experience in a workshop environment
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as Verniers
Please note, this role involves some lifting when removing instruments.
Hours:

- Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 12:30
- 30 hours per week
