Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:
- Assist in the preparation of meals where necessary, as allocated by the person with shift responsibility- General cleaning duties of catering premises and catering equipment- Washing, cleaning and stacking of utensils- Checking & unloading of food and general stores- Service of food and beverages to patients, staff and visitors
- Maintaining and conforming to standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with current legislation
- Providing excellent customer service is adhered to and all relevant policies and procedures are followed
**What you’ll need**:
- Experience of working in a catering or hospitality environment and good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with members of the public and staff
- A catering qualification is desirable although not essential
