Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Explain product features and answer any questions from customers
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits
- Familiarity with CRM software, for call logging and lead management
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
