We provide a variety of shift patterns, encompassing 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts, commencing as early as 3 am, and covering weekends and bank holidays. This level of flexibility enables you to align your work with other personal commitments effectively.

As an Operations Team Member, you'll embark on a career within the aviation sector, enhancing your skills within our collaborative team environment. You'll engage with a diverse clientele, delivering both friendly and professional services.

We're on the lookout for individuals who hold a Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points and are free from drink or drug driving convictions. Proficient communication skills in English are crucial, as the role involves assisting passengers and liaising with airport personnel.

In time, Operations Team Members will receive training across various roles, gaining the ability to undertake and execute relevant duties effectively.

Responsibilities include:

- Safely and responsibly driving and parking both customer and company vehicles.
- Engaging directly with customers as needed.
- Relocating vehicles within the site and on airport/public roads.
- Fulfilling any reasonable requests made by management.
- Promptly reporting all incidents to management during shifts.
- Complying with all directives and regulations at Stansted Airport.
- Observing all Health & Safety legislation.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.46-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
