**Delivery Driver**

We are looking for drivers to work as part of a two-person team to carry out both the delivery and installation of white goods appliances within the south of Wales. The role will involve manual handling of appliances to the desired location of our customers and working week days and weekends on a rota basis. There will also be an element of basic plumbing with the installation of washing machines and dishwashers.

**Duties**:

- Be able to lift and carry heavy kitchen appliances as part of 2-person team
- Basic plumbing installs including washing machines/dishwashers
- Safely and efficiently operate a 3.5t delivery vehicle to transport goods to locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as sack trucks
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying items and quantities
- Maintain delivery logs via a handheld device
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with route driving and manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of courier operations and procedures is a plus
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as sack trucks

**Requirements**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving license

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
