She Advisor

We have an exciting new position for a Safety Health & Environment Advisor to join our team. This role will support the Head of SHE in driving performance - focusing on delivering & tracking strategic initiatives and improvement programmes. The role will support sites with the guidance of the Head of SHE to implement the necessary safety resources required to fulfil the ‘Safety is a Condition’ strategy.

In order to fulfil the requirements of this role, we are looking for someone to compile reports, weekly to the Head of SHE and monthly reports for the Exec team. You will be a key contact of the QUOR system, undertake Risk Assessments in all areas of the business when required. There will be some travel as part of this role to any of our sites across the country to monitor and audit performance, ensuring legal compliance in all areas of operation, reviewing that sites maintain their legal registers. You will have experience of influencing positive changes within the organisation, supporting the development of a Health & Safety culture across the site. You will work with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive SHE culture.

A NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) holder in Occupational Health & Safety is a minimum requirement. Systems knowledge specifically in Excel is essential. Previous experience in an FMCG environment is of benefit but not essential as full site training will be given.
