**The Role**

Starting immediately, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated valuation surveyor to join a dynamic and expanding real estate consultancy as part of the Valuation team with excellent career progression prospects.

The team undertake valuations for a variety of purposes including financial accounting, business and tax planning, acquisition and disposal, asset management and strategic consultancy advice. As a key aspect of our business, we have extensive experience in providing specialist advice for charities and the ‘not for profit’ sector.

We provide advice across multiple asset classes including offices, retail and education sectors to a range of stakeholders including private and institutional investors, family trusts, real estate funds, PropCo’s, livery companies, corporate entities and members of the legal community including lawyers and barristers. We also have specialist knowledge in sectors such as education and student accommodation. Primarily focused on London and the south east of England, we also act for client’s across the UK.

We offer valuation advice across the whole lifecycle of real estate from land acquisition, options and development appraisals through to sale and acquisition.

**The role will involve**:

- Specialising in providing valuation advice on a variety of property assets;
- Assisting and undertaking formal Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes;
- Assisting in portfolio valuations for financial accounting purposes;
- Assisting with asset management and consultancy advice for landlord clients;
- Working with a range of clients including investors, developers, landed estates, charities and members of the legal profession;
- Providing advice to clients based on strong sector knowledge through wider collaboration with the company departments and personal research;
- Maintaining department databases;
- Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets and industry trends;
- Providing timely professional advice ensuring deadlines are met.

**Qualifications and Experience;**
- Degree/Masters Degree (2:1 minimum);
- Circa 2 years post qualification experience, looking to to take the next step in your career
- RICS qualified;
- RICS Registered Valuer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
