**The role**

In this role of Graphic Designer you will produce creative design and rich media requirements for the organisation, reducing reliance on and expenditure with external creative agencies. You will need to bring fresh design thinking and creativity which will positively impact the look and feel of our visual brand collateral and support in telling our brand story.

This role is part of the People and Strategy team where you'll help us to build a culture and brand that people want to be part of. If you’re looking for a new and exciting opportunity, then please send your CV and PDF/online portfolio (under 10MB).

**What you'll achieve**

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Deliver visual design from project briefs, including liaising with colleagues from across the group to meet varied communication needs.
- Pitching ideation and conceptual thinking to enable Orbit to implement 'best in sector' visual communication content and brand solutions
- Empower and challenge internal customers to solve problems through the creation of innovative design and marketing collateral
- Organise own day to day workflow to ensure deadlines are prioritised and met

**What you'll bring**

**Essential skills**
- Qualified in Graphic Design or equivalent creative design qualification
- Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite and other associated software and hardware
- Experience in preparing print, digital innovative design and layout projects for print and digital channels
- Experience in editing film
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders

**Desirable skills**
- Experience of motion or animation design
- Experience with photography
