Hunter AHP has been tasked wiith recruiting an expereinced NVQ 2 certified dispenser into a hosptial pharmacy site.

Brief Overview:
An understanding of stock management is crucial to this role; this involves receiving all incoming pharmacy goods, checking that they are correct in identity, quantity and condition.

Ensuring that medicines are stored appropriately and securely in pharmacy

Reporting any discrepancies to the Purchasing Office on the day received, in order to ensure adequate stocks and financial recompense.

Participating in stock-taking and the checking of medicines is an important part of this role, so attention to detail is vital.

This locum role is due to
start immediately,
with a working pattern of Monday - Friday, 5 days per week, 9am - 5:15pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Part time will also be considered

The contract lengths of this role will be for at least 6 months, with a high likelihood for this to extend. There may possibly be the option to take on a permanent position at the end of the contract here for the right applicant.

Pay rate for this role will depend on your prior experience.
- £11.50 - £13 per hour (depending on experience)
- NHS Hospital Service: NVQ 2 is an essential requirment
- Start date: ASAP March 2023
- Duration: 6 months (Minimum) - possibility for Locum - Perm
- 5 days per week, no weekend working available.
