**The Position**

**Job Title**:
Apprentice Project Coordinator

**Apprenticeship Course**:
Level 4 Associate Project Manager

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
Approximately 24 Months

**Location**:
Southampton SO15.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

**Salary**:
£14,000 pa

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Project Coordinator, your role will be to manage the onboarding process of a new customer or existing customers through to implementation to ensure the project is delivered on time and delivers the best possible customer experience. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Managing customer onboarding, porting and terminations processes.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience in the Telecoms industry is required.
- Project Management experience managing small to complex projects.
- Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, including resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes.
- Ability to work both on your own utilising self-initiative to make decisions and within the wider team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, being able to manage customers, suppliers and partners.
- Ability to present detailed information to wider business on project statues.
