**Pay**:£11.59 per hour (£22,367 pro rata per annum)
**Working Hours**:12.5 hours per week, 40 weeks/ year (term time + 2 weeks in holidays)

The Avenue Primary School would like to appoint a cleaner to join our site maintenance team as soon as possible; the post holder will be responsible for general cleaning duties.

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 8:30am

The Avenue Primary School is a happy and caring school where the staff are dedicated to creating a great place for children to thrive and learn. As part of the Acorn Education Trust it provides exciting opportunities to improve local education.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a good practical aptitude, and be able to carry out routine cleaning in all areas of the school. This job will be physically demanding.

You must be able to work with a variety of staff, in a school setting, build good working relationships, and be organised, consistent with a positive “can-do” attitude. We are looking for someone who is very much a team player, willing to work alongside colleagues in a flexible and cooperative way.
