**Skills and Experience**
- Moderate skills with high level of proficiency
- Ability to work both independently and with guidance
- A working understanding of object-oriented software development and object orientated software development terminology is highly desirable.
- Display ability to work within technical team and content team concurrently and manage own delivery schedule Possess analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Understanding of content authoring tools such as Mad Cap, to enable content delivery in a topic-based format
- Experience of delivering technical content. Works under general supervision. Latitude for independent judgment
- A degree in a technical discipline that is applicable for entry to the technical communications profession or relevant practical experience
- Experience researching, planning, and creating technically detailed information content
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to extract information from a variety of differing sources
- An ability to interact with and understand the varied audiences that material is being created for
- Solid experience providing written or graphical information for use by others

**Desirable**
- Knowledge/experience of Topic based content development
- Knowledge/experience of authoring tools (Madcap)
- Knowledge/experience of content development in a single source environment
- CSS/HTML knowledge
- The ability to excel within a cross functional, high-performance team
- An understanding or interest in Information Architecture
