Athena Work Surface Fabrications are manufacturers and installers of quartz, natural granite, and sintered stone worksurfaces, supplying the UK’s largest housebuilders.

Since 2014, we’ve built our operation from our Worcester-based manufacturing facility.

Due to increased growth, we are looking for a motivated Admin Assistant to work as part of a busy lively and energetic team.

**This role will involve:

- **
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Serving customers whether via telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Data input and collation of data to assit with new ordering coming throught the system
- Providing quotes using our inhouse software (training will be provided)
- Administration of template and installation bookings
- General administration duties

**You will need:

- **
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy, reactive environment
- Good team working skills
- Work well under pressure during certain time of the calendar months that are busier than expected

We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and therefore are looking for someone who can work to a high standard using their own initiative when needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
