**Accounts & Office Manager**

**Duties**
- Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Data entry of various bespoke systems
- Recording and maintaining holiday entitlement.
- Reconciling month end and year end accounts.
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other bookkeeping tasks.
- Purchasing stationary, mobile phone equipment, IT equipment and non-stock items.
- Producing weekly & monthly & Contractor payroll
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries.
- Work closely with, site management.
- Answering the telephone when required
- Preforming all administrative duties necessary for the efficient running of a growing business.

**Person Specification**:

- Able to work on own initiative.
- Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
- Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage & IRIS (IRIS training can be given)
- Ability to organise workload, prioritise tasks, work to deadlines.
- Good customer service skills when dealing with Clients or suppliers.
- Data entry for processing invoices and payment runs.
- Confidential personal employee information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communications skills and good telephone manner.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- You will be a key holder and responsible for opening and locking up on occasion
- You must therefore be trustworthy and reliable

**Education**:

- Bookkeeping qualification - preferable AAT or equivalent

**Remuneration**:

- £27 - £30K PA (Depending on experience)
- Free Parking
