Working with all departments at BDO, our Procurement team are responsible for procurement and contract activity across the firm - providing sourcing, negotiation and contracting expertise that ensures our firm operates effectively in a tightly-regulatedfield. You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You’llbe encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients

As Procurement Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure greater control of the supply base, reduce cost, drive best value for money and minimise risk through having robust contracts in place.

The role is instrumental in supporting procurement strategy, business partnering key stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Property & FM, IT, HR, Marketing, Sales & Communications as well as with third party suppliers to add even greater value.

You’ll be someone with:

- The ability to lead the end-to-end procurement process, i.e. needs analysis, supply market assessment; sourcing strategy; supplier selection; negotiation and contracting; and vendor management.
- The ability to identify & prioritise stakeholders, understand and align stakeholder expectations, proactively resolve disputes, manage conflict, relationship management.
- The ability to provide overview and leadership to the data analyst and training content creation team to enable continues learning for all stakeholders.
