As Financial Director/CFO at you will directly work with the owner and CEO developing and driving their mission. While your core responsibility are financials, it is imperative that you bring a holistic and entrepreneurial mindset to the table and have 'startup’ experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established growing company.

**The Role**:
¨ Work with the engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing team to create and maintain product introduction and improvement roadmaps

¨ Redesign pricing and pricing transparency together with our engineers team

¨ Create and maintain data infrastructure upon which ad-hoc or department specific reporting can be built

¨ Assist and follow the whole process from order intake, creating job cards, organise delivery, invoicing to customers and payments to suppliers

¨ Prepare daily cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts

¨ Prepare invoices in accordance with customers’ terms and conditions and as needed by management

¨ Prepare management accounts

¨ Prepare work-in-progress calculations

¨ Prepare misc general ledger journal entries

¨ Assist in month-end close reporting process including participating in continuous process improvement efforts

¨ provide support for financial statement audit as well as other various audits

**¨**Lead the financial administrator team member

**About you**:
¨ Degree in accounting, finance, or business from a leading institution

¨ 5+ years of professional experience

¨ Excellent communication and attention to detail

¨ CPA designation with public accounting experience

¨ Teamwork and leadership skills

¨ Strong accounting knowledge and an understanding of UK GAAP

¨ Proficient IT skills

¨ Experience with Sage

¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

**¨**Strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to be a self-starter
