**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with installation and configuration of in-house developed and 3rd party solutions
- Monitoring and maintaining the health of key business systems and managing the portfolio of change for these key systems and be the technical lead on related projects;

**Skills Required**:

- A Computer Science/Development university degree of 1:1 or better
- Some previous experience in 1st/2nd line support would be desirable.
- Any knowledge of SQL, PowerShell or SharePoint a bonus.

This role offers hybrid working
- 2 days WFH/3 days office based. Core working hours between 8am-6pm.
