Due to growth, we'd like you to join us as a Onboarding Administrator at our Support Offices in Albrighton.

**What you'll be working**:
We can be flexible but you will work a total 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Produce all formal offers and contracts.
- Upload all relevant documentation to the relevant HR system at the direction of the Group Onboarding Manager.
- Assist with compiling required information for new starter payroll.
- Keep in regular contact with Line Managers, keeping them up to date on a new starters onboarding progress.
- Provide accurate and timely updates and reports where required and work proactively to meet all targets and SLAs.
- Carry out general administration tasks for Department, for example, accepting deliveries, telephone answering, and manage the Onboarding team inbox.
- Process contractual changes in line with company policy.
- To undertake other activities identified from time to time commensurate with the level of the post, as directed by the Onboarding Manager and Senior Onboarding Administrator.

**What you'll have**:

- Experience of working in and admin role previously, preferably in high volume recruitment and in a shared services environment, not essential but advantageous.
- Experience of working in the health and social care sector, not essential but advantageous.
- Experience of working to strict timelines.
- Experience of working in a high-volume environment.
- Experience of working in a customer service centred environment.
