An exciting opportunity has arisen within our expanding Adult Social Care Performance, Assurance and Systems Team. We are looking to recruit a hardworking and highly motivated individual. Working alongside our core Adult Social Work Teams, and the wider department, you will fulfil a vital role supporting us in striving to achieve an outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating. Given the current focus around assurance, this is the perfect time for you to take this opportunity and nurture the role into an integral support and assurance function within Adult Social Care.

One of the first projects you will lead on is co-producing and implementing a framework of “specialist toolkits” in areas such as Safeguarding Adults and Mental Health Support. You will work closely with performance and system colleagues to design changes in the Adult Social Care System (Mosaic), and support frontline Social Work Teams in adopting change, acting as a link between front line and system support.

In this role you will be administrating and completing case file audits, quality assurance audits, and working with various levels of management to inform plans for change, resulting in the improvement of departmental performance and resident experiences.

You should have a great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. You will work on initiative to identify areas for improvement, be confident to challenge current practise to propose and support the implementation of change.
