Antony James Recruitment is recruiting for a doorman or doorwoman to work for a luxurious 5-star hotel based in the Knightsbridge area.

Are you an individual with impeccable manners, a welcoming demeanour, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking a dedicated and polished doorman or doorwoman to join our prestigious 5-star hotel located in the heart of Knightsbridge, London.

- This is a 40-hour per week position working a 5/7 rota.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, providing seamless and attentive service.
- Maintain a high level of awareness and security at the entrance, ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues.
- Open the doors and provide assistance to guests entering and leaving the hotel.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Collaborate with the concierge team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable presentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
