At Flower Box&Co, we strive to create the best experience for our customers. Whether it be through our packaging of our everlasting florals, or our online customer experience - we want you to be a part of our team

This role mainly conists of hosting TikTok lives to our 80,000 followers and actively selling our products. We expect that you are a confident individual and eager to learn sales in order to boost our social media over the busy periods of Christmas and Valentine's Day. (This role is temporary from Dec-Feb however has potential to turn into a full-time position)

You will also be trained on packaging our florals, to process the orders on the live through TikTok Shop so the customer can watch their order be shipped with you. This includes adding personlised gift messages to orders and answering any questions they may have. We will provide an information booklet for you which will cover all questions that regularly come up - we will also have the rest of the team in the warehouse while the live takes place to help you out.
- Understand the TikTok Platform (Creating Videos, Answering comments)
- Confident infront of a camera, with potential of 80,000 followers watching
- Some knowledge of content strategy and creation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Our followers are most active between the hours of 7pm-9pm so this would be required that you would be available for this time, and potentially be able to host longer livestreams. The working days could be: Tuesdays/Thursdays & opportunity for weekend work (hours fit around you). This role will be from 4 hours a week.

We are located in Teesside Industrial Estate.
